name is Eileen Drummond.
I am an AKC Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) and Therapy Dog International
(TDI) evaluator and an AKC public educator coordinator.
I have over 30 years of training experience.
Professional Canine and Client/Owner Related Experience
- Apprentice: Brandywine Kennels, Sonoma, California. Duties included :
- Obedience training apprentice
- Working in the show and boarding kennel
- Travel and show ring assistance
- Owner/handler: At AKC sanctioned events since 1979.
- Obedience instructor: Teaching basic and advanced
since 1981 in Bloomsburg, PA; where I successfully assist
obedience clients and 4-H members in preparing their dogs for TDI and
CGC testing.
- Instructor: Agility - since 1995.
- Adviser: 4-H leader dogs, obedience, and showmanship
since 1993.
- Active Member: Mid Susquehanna Valley Kennel Club
in Sunbury, PA and Back Mountain Kennel Club in Wilkes-Barre, PA
where I serve as ambulance and EMT liaison.
- Judge: Friends of Penn's Creek, PA fun matches -
since 1998.
- Certified: FEMA, 1999 - "Disaster Preparedness for
Animals".
- Certificate: American Red Cross, 1999 - "Pet First
Aid and Safety".
